Rainbow Beach Headland lights up with pine trees, there’s live music at the Surf Club with much loved local, Joel Mak. Don’t miss the Great Christmas Toy Raffle, there’s big prizes and Family Karaoke at the Rainbow Beach Sports Club.
Rainbow Beach doesn’t generally host any specific events for Schoolies, however, there will still be plenty on. Friday night there are raffles at the Surf Club, live music at the pub, barefoot bowls at the Sports Club, music in Tin Can Bay and Silky Oak Tavern. The gym is holding free gym sessions and try yoga on the beach.

The Rainbow Beach Sports and Recreational Club will host the annual Rainbow Beach Family Fishing Classic, July 20 to 28 2018, and we are just across the road! Last year, the winner and runner up of the major raffle ($10 000 richer) actually stayed with us! They didn’t have far to go after celebrating their win.
Last Year the Rainbow Beach and Cooloola Coast communities hosted children from drought affected Muttaburra and Ilfracombe. A gala dinner on July 14, at the Rainbow Beach Hall will fund children from Windorah, an area still in the grip of a six-year drought.
